 Verified Extremely pleased with the project done for my house in Walnut creek this summer by Bestoff Windows . Everything looks great and I'm saving money on PG&E bills with my new dual pane energy efficient Anlin windows . The best out of it is the  sliding door with a built into the glass  pet door for my dog to go in and out without bothering me all day long )))). My wife likes the most that outswing  French door for our guest bathroom with the  contemporary nickel hardware . Highly recommend,extremely competitive local business.  Verified If you need new windows and sliding doors, I highly suggest BestOff Windows. Sergey and his team provided professional, punctual, and experienced window installation at a significantly lower cost than their competitors. I received 3 separate quotes from window companies I found on Yelp. All 3 companies gave quotes on Anlin-branded products, as the only window product I have ever heard of is Anderson Windows due to their heavy marketing. What separates Sergey and his competitors is: - Sergey spent time providing a lot of suggestions that would help air flow and aesthetics with just small changes in what direction the windows should open. - Sergey sat down with me, going through Anlin's catalogue to show what products they offered and the suggested products for my house and budget. Other vendors just told me to look at Anlin's website. - Sergey is very honest and upfront about what he does and doesn't do. He is "old-school" and is not a salesperson who flatters you to upsell you on products and services. I can see some people being upset about him not working on certain projects, but he sticks to what he knows and what is profitable for his business. This allows him to offer highly competitve pricing with quality work. Originally, because of budget, I asked for a quote for 5 windows and 2 sliding doors. BestOff was significantly lower then the other 2 quotes that I recieved, that I asked Sergey to give me a quote for all my windows and sliding doors, 14 windows and 4 sliding door. The quote for this was only slightly higher then the other 2 quotes I received from the other 2 companies for the 5 windows and 2 doors, and for the same Anlin window product. I believe Sergey is able to do this is he ONLY does window installation and reduces additional costs of doing everything. Also I don't think he applies the ZIP Code based quoting. - Sergey doesn't offer any financing products, but he will work with your financial needs. Before I recieved BestOff Window's quote, I inquired about financing programs with another company I received a quote for. I was sent a link that said it would not sell my information or affect my credit standing. I entered some simple information that included yearly income and contact information. It did not ask for SSN, so I fet it was ok. I ended up getting so much credit SPAM emails, at least 3-5 a day from several different companies. It left a bitter taste in my mouth, which I kind of glad it did because it gave me a chance to get a quote from BestOff/Sergey, get all my windows and sliding doors replaced, and save a lot of $$$. So ofcourse I was slightly nervous before installation, that there had to be something wrong with BestOff Windows, because how is Sergey able to provide such a highly competive quote for the same window product as my other quotes. But my nerves and fear were taken away, as Sergey's team provided highly professional and experienced work. Alex, lead installer, and his team showed up promptly at the given time  on each of the 2 days of installation. They work fast and effieciently, while being detailed and clean. I can see Alex is highly experienced and each person had their specialized role in the installation depending on each person's experience and specialization. I have had other work done, including changing out 2 windows, a few years back, and I can see that Alex and his team had a effective system versus randomly installing windows, leaving room for error. It only took BestOff less than 2 days to change out 14 windows, 4 sliding doors, and some siding/trim repair due to dryrot. It took a previous contractor 3 days to repair some dry rot and change out 2 windows. Alex clearly showed expertise in his work. His team also did not leave a mess and cleaned up, unlike some other work I have received from other contractors. Unless I find reasons in the future, I highly recommend BestOff Windows for their quality of work and pricing!

 Verified Great experience working with Sergey to replace the windows for my house and my parents' house. It was a game changer to replace the windows. I could feel  the difference for weather and sound. If my neighbors are too loud, I can close windows and they are effective for noise cancelling. Also kept the house  cool in the summer, warm in winter in comparison to old windows. They are also easy to maintain so I don't have to clean the outside of windows too often. Pricing is also reasonable and competitive. Sergey is a real one and is transparent and sets realistic expectations. Highly recommend

 Verified Sergey and his guys are phenomenal! We recently had 9 windows and 1 Sliding Glass Door replaced by them. We still can't believe how much this changed the beauty of our home, both inside and out. Besides that being a value in itself, the real value is in the quality of work performed, the customer service they provided from start to finish, the finer details (finishing) never being missed, and the pricing being more than fair/reasonable. Alex, our installer, arrived early with the rest of his Team on our appointment date. They were prepared, organized, and very professional.
